Usage:
You should install BB4 first, of course.
Use this BB4 ROM instead of a KS3.1 ROM.
You will also need to modify your BB4 startup-sequence.
The lines from:

should be removed or commented out, and replaced with:
C:SetPatch NOROMUPDATE QUIET
